Cuisinart's Soup Maker or Blender?

A soup maker or a blender? By looking at the image, I cannot imagine this is a soup maker, it is more like a solid, well design high-end blender. But anyway, a very interesting idea combining soup maker and blender. I cannot wait to get one and check it out how it works exactly. Via Appliancist
